In matching well with the motto of Korean Pavillion: Milano Biennale, the contents are a scientific attribute of Korean food(alike to fermentation and preserving etc.)
By participating in this event, Boksoondoga rice wine introduces ‘Fermentation’ to cosmopolitans not only as a concept of fermentation process for making fermented rice wine but also as an object with which to mingle with culture and art. In doing so, it suits well with Korean Pavilion’s: ‘Milano Biennale’ contents which are a scientific attribute of Korean food (alike to fermentation and preserving etc.)
2015 Venice Biennale is the oldest and influential of around 300 biennale from all around the world.
This year Korean pavilion has the ambition to introspect
about the past, present and future of Korean
and Venice for its 20th anniversary in Venice Biennale.
Boksoondoga introduced Korean traditional contents ‘fermentation’
which is full of hospitality and tradition at Korean Pavillion opening party
which is hosted by Korean Culture and Arts Committee.
The attendees were from both the domestic and international art scenes
which included a toasting drink from Milano to Venice.
